Refund policy

At Nico's Bows and Crafts ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept returns or exchanges on products damage in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.  Remember all our products are handmade its normal for them to have small imperfections. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must email us at Nicosbowsandcrafts@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the product.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement or refund is sent out.  If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price.
